- Coordinate and maintain driver schedules
- keeping communication clear and consistent.
- Receive and verify customer orders in the TMW system and schedule loads efficiently.
- Dispatch loads to drivers, sharing all relevant details such as shift plans, truck assignments, and route information.
- Confirm load deliveries, update systems, and escalate issues promptly to management.
- Be the go-to person for drivers
- answering questions, resolving challenges, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Monitor safety, service incidents, and performance metrics to keep operations on track.
- Support after-hours operations by managing calls and providing real-time solutions.
- Collaborate with the broader operations team to ensure every load, route, and driver stays on schedule. What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field will be considered.
- Experience in transportation or logistics; dispatch will be considered a strong asset.
- Knowledge of ELD systems and TMW software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A team-player attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
