$56,000-$70,900/year Work Model: Hybrid This posting is for an existing vacancy. Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for an Bilingual Contract Funding Specialist to join their team. Position Description:
- Review and verify contracts, credit applications, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure contract terms, rates, signatures, and dates comply with company requirements and approved programs.
- Enter contract data accurately into internal systems.
- Resolve funding issues by communicating with dealerships via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners.
- Support contract funding and administrative processes while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Banking
- Financial services
- Auto finance
- Legal administration
- High School Diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and French.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A Strong Candidate Will Be:
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Comfortable reviewing legal and financial documents.
- Skilled at resolving issues with customers and dealerships.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Flexible with scheduling, including shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and occasional overtime.
