Job Title: Scheduler for an In-store Food & Beverage Sampling Company

Company Overview: Join SARA Simply Sampling, a leading provider of in-store sampling solutions in the food and beverage industry.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to manage the scheduling and coordination of our Brand Ambassadors (BAs) for in-store sampling assignments at grocery and liquor stores. This role requires previous experience doing high-volume scheduling with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule 30-50+ Brand Ambassadors for sampling events a minimum of 3 weeks in advance, ensuring adequate coverage and alignment with client requirements.
2. Prepare paperwork and information packets 2 weeks ahead of each BA assignment, providing them with necessary documents, expectations, and product details.
3. Conduct in-office meetups with each BA before their assignment to review equipment, sampling supplies, store expectations, and additional product information.
4. Maintain accurate records of assignments and corresponding BAs using spreadsheets and update BA information on our online platform.
5. Guide new candidates through startup paperwork and online platform usage during onboarding sessions.
6. Respond to high volume phone calls, texts, and inquiries from BAs throughout the day, prioritizing tasks as needed to ensure efficient communication and support.
7. Update internal staff on date/product changes for specific stores and liaise with grocery and liquor stores as needed to address any changes or issues.
8. Oversee Point of Sale (POS) activities in collaboration with Shipper & Receiver staff in the office, prioritizing assignments as necessary to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in high-volume scheduling, required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and online platforms for data management.
- Comfortable making phone calls and handling inquiries from BAs and store personnel.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Driver's license + Car.

Salary and Schedule:

- Hourly rate: $24-26/hr
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (in-office)
- Previous experience managing schedules for 30+ individuals
- Additional on-call shifts as required (paid)
