Key Responsibilities
• Provide legal advice on energy projects and business issues
• Assist in M&A and financing transactions
• Support operational projects with procurement agreements

Requirements:
• Admission to Quebec or Ontario Bar with 3–5 years of experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage changing priorities effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
