Maverick Currencies — Proprietary Trading Firm

Maverick Currencies is looking for motivated and disciplined individuals who want to become professional traders with real firm capital. We are not a challenge firm—there are no demo tests, paid evaluations, or “pass to unlock funding” systems. Our traders receive real capital, real coaching, and real growth opportunities based solely on performance and risk management.

This is a fully remote trading position that gives you access to professional training, structured coaching, and the ability to trade from home—or anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Maverick has been developing traders around the world since 1997.

What You’ll Do

- Trade Crypto and/or Forex markets using capital provided by the firm
- Operate from a clearly defined rule-based trading plan
- Perform technical analysis and follow daily market conditions
- Identify and execute high-probability setups
- Apply strict position-sizing and risk-management guidelines
- Attend weekly coaching sessions and training meetings
- Use proprietary tools to analyze performance
- Maintain a structured trading journal for review and improvement

What We’re Looking For

Required

- Strong interest in financial markets and active trading
- Discipline and commitment to following a rules-based system
- A reliable computer and fast internet connection
- The ability to work independently while staying consistent

Preferred

- Experience in Forex, Crypto, Options, or Futures trading
- Background in STEM, economics, statistics, finance, or analytics
- Comfort with MT4/MT5, TradingView, or similar charting platforms
- Previous live trading experience (personal accounts included)

Experience is not required for candidates who are coachable, consistent, and willing to follow the process.

- Clear capital-scaling roadmap based on performance

Compensation

This is a performance-based trading position. Traders earn a percentage of the profits they generate using firm capital.

Estimated Monthly Earnings: $500 – $10,000+ (based on performance and account level)

Profit Split: 65%–90%, depending on consistency and results.

There is no base salary. Earnings depend entirely on trading performance and adherence to the firm’s risk model.
