Position Summary

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery. Your mission is to transform ideas into tangible products that meet customer needs, align with business objectives, and drive growth. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution and market success.

Responsibilities

1. Vision and Strategy:

- Develop a clear product vision and roadmap, considering customer experience and business goals.

- Gain deep insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Identify product gaps and generate innovative ideas to enhance market share.

2. Product Development:

- Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient development and quick time-to-market.

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business impact and customer value.

3. Pricing and Positioning:

- Create pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.

- Position the product effectively in the market, considering its unique value proposition.

4. Qualification and Production:

- Oversee the product qualification process, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing and quality control.

- Develop detailed spec sheets for production.

5. Cost Management:

- Evaluate costs associated with production, materials, and distribution.

- Optimize costs while maintaining product quality and performance.

6. Delivery and Launch:

- Drive successful product launches, coordinating efforts with PR teams and executives.

- Monitor post-launch performance and iterate based on feedback.

7. Evangelism and Feedback:

- Act as a product evangelist, promoting awareness and understanding within the organization.

- Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve the product.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
- Track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
