Dynamics 365 -CE Developer

We are seeking a Senior Technical Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. This role involves architecting, designing, and building custom enhancement solutions, as well as resolving break/fix issues in a highly customized on-premise Dynamics 365 CE environment. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in CRM configuration, development, integration, and migration, along with proficiency in the xRM framework and .NET technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CRM/CE configuration, custom development, integration, and code/data migration scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Participate in full-lifecycle development efforts using Dynamics 365 CE, xRM framework, and C#.NET
- Contribute to architectural best practices and CRM customization standards
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality customization and adherence to design patterns
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Manage and mentor developer teams as required
Required Qualifications
- 6–9 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE platform, entity model, security model, Web services, and xRM framework
- 5 years of experience with .NET Framework and C# development, including CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints
- 5 years of experience with object-oriented design and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA)
- 3 years of experience architecting CRM/CE customizations, including server-side code, business logic, integration modules, workflows, and plug-ins
