What you will accomplish:

- Analyze clients' accounting needs and facilitate optimization workshops.
- Set up and implement Odoo ERP solutions, primarily for accounting and related functions.
- Advise clients on change management and train users.

- Provide functional support during and after implementation.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure the success of the project.
- Ensure technological monitoring and propose innovative improvements.

Desired profile:

- University degree in accounting, management, or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting; experience in implementing ERP systems (Odoo, a plus).
- In-depth mastery of the accounting cycle, accounting principles, and standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, self-sufficient, and versatile.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with a sense of efficiency and priorities.
- Team spirit, communication skills, and a taste for innovation.
