Roska DBO Inc. is seeking a Millwright Coordinator to join our team in Grande Prairie. This role is perfect for a Journeyman Millwright who’s ready to expand their work into commissioning, troubleshooting, and multi-discipline coordination.

We welcome millwrights who have solid knowledge of electrical systems and are eager to apply their mechanical expertise in a strategic, project-to-operations role. You’ll work with operations, electrical, and project teams to ensure facilities and equipment are ready for safe, reliable, and optimized performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead commissioning and start-up of mechanical systems and rotating equipment (e.g., compressors, pumps)

- Troubleshoot facility equipment and support operational optimization

- Coordinate refurbishment and readiness of surplus mechanical equipment

- Collaborate with electrical and operations teams to ensure facility readiness

- Mentor team members and contribute to maintenance and operational procedure development

- Work with stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations

Qualifications

- Journeyman Millwright certification (Red Seal preferred)

- Strong mechanical expertise with solid working knowledge of electrical systems

- Oil & Gas facility mechanical systems experience, including compressors

- Experience in facility commissioning, start-up, and equipment testing

- Effective communicator and problem solver with mentoring ability

- Ability to work across disciplines and manage multiple priorities

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract

- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
