If you are an experienced consultant with a strong ability to manage process and be the advisory point by analyzing quantitative and qualitative housing market data, then we want to hear from you. You will be able to use your motivated, driven personality and exceptional level of insight and leadership to manage workflow, overseeing the work of junior analysts to prepare client-ready reports.

Furthermore, you will use your exceptional level of detail and insight to provide clear, concise recommendations for market related aspects of new development, such as recommendations for product positioning, suite sizes and project amenities. To be successful, working knowledge of the GTA housing market, specifically in Condo, rental and even student housing) relevant bachelor's degree and a passion for real estate development are essential.
