- This hands-on ServiceNow ITOM Specialist role focuses on configuring and implementing Configuration Management, IT Asset Management, and Event Management.
- Responsibilities include deploying a CSDM 5.0-aligned CMDB, ServiceNow Discovery/Service Mapping, categorizing and managing CIs, ensuring data quality, and integrating asset records with CMDB.
- The role also involves loading hardware/software assets, integrating monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk, defining event rules, correlation, CI binding, and impact analysis.
- Requires strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, HAM/SAM, Discovery, Event Management, integrations, MID Server configuration, and accurate CI/relationship modeling.
