CLV Group is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and day-to-day operation of its residential properties. The Facility Manager will help keep buildings safe, well maintained, and welcoming for residents while coordinating staff, contractors, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:
- Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, cleaning, and repairs across assigned properties.
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and operational needs.
- Plan and track preventive maintenance for building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, fire protection, and access control.
- Coordinate contractors and service providers, monitor the quality of their work, and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Supervise and support maintenance and cleaning team members.
- Respond to resident concerns and work with property management to resolve building issues promptly.
- Coordinate unit turnovers, renovations, and other property projects.
- Review work orders, purchase orders, invoices, and maintenance expenses.
- Respond to urgent building issues and participate in an on-call rotation, as required. Must Haves
- Must have experience in general residential construction repairs
- Knowledge of Yardi property management software is considered an asset
- Must possess excellent organization, time management skills and have a strong ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working ability in MS Office is a prerequisite More Information

- Must have tools necessary to complete all tasks.
- Respond to emergencies during normal hours of operation.
- Participation in an after-hours rotational emergency response team may be required.
