Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join a leading Courier and Logistics customer in Mississauga. This is a hybrid role and requires the employee to be in office 3x/week. This is a new position within the Corporate Technology team, supporting projects primarily in the growth area across multiple applications. The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical teams, ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and validate functional requirements for multiple projects.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit requirements and clarify objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Leads, Project Managers, QA, and Developers to ensure successful delivery.
- Support projects through all phases of the SDLC (Agile and Waterfall).
- Assist in testing cycles, including defect management and validation.
- Create process diagrams, documentation, and pivot tables using Microsoft tools.
- Work on SAP change requests (CRs) and coordinate with other teams as needed.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for teams working in AWS, SAP S/4HANA, and other platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong ability to elicit requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Knowledge of IT frameworks and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with Jira and ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and AWS environments.
- Ability to create diagrams and documentation using Microsoft tools.
- Experience with functional requirements documentation.
- Ability to work across multiple technology stacks (AWS, Java, Python exposure is helpful).
