About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our growing team. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dependable professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship and can lead by example on job sites.

Responsibilities:

- Installation of all types of windows and doors
- Installation of vinyl siding and blending of metal finishes
- Framing and basic masonry work as needed for installations
- Finish carpentry with strong attention to detail
- Ensuring worksite cleanliness and safety at all times
- Working closely with Project Manager to ensure project accuracy and timelines
- Interpreting plans and measurements to complete installations accurately
- Following company procedures and safety standards throughout all work

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of carpentry and windows and doors installation experience.
- Current/valid driver’s license and Clean Driver's Abstract
- Steel toed safety boots (CSA approved)
- Detail oriented and Troubleshooting
- Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must be able to manage time effectively and meet/beat deadlines
- Punctual and reliable
