The Regional Vice President (RVP), British Columbia leads and oversees the District Offices and sales teams throughout the province, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed/delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

6. You have a thorough understanding of Canada's financial services marketplace, including the various and diverse industries in which you will be required to make/recommend credit decisions.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if:
1. You are a proven structuring expert on complex share transaction financing and must have a strong understanding of the suite of specialized high-yield term and sub-debt, and mezzanine products marketed by Roynat Capital.
2. You have a strong network and track record in Financial Services in British Columbia.
3. You possess expert sales management skills in order to effectively mentor and coach a team of professionals, as well as strong relationship management skills.

2. The opportunity to partner with the Regional Director, Risk Management to originate new relationships and maintain quality in the credit portfolio by planning and directing all related activities of the District Offices within an assigned Region.
3. You get to act as the prime resource for regional investment staff in the structuring of complex leveraged finance transactions including management buyouts (MBOs), leveraged buyouts (LBOs), recapitalizations and growth capital injections.
4. The opportunity to exercise a high degree of independent judgment and discretion with respect to the frequency and duration of the sales management activities and within the context of approved budgets, authorities and Bank/Roynat policies (e.g. in approving/recommending credit applications, capital expenditures, etc.).
Working Conditions:
The incumbent works in a standard office environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence. The incumbent is required to travel frequently to conduct marketing activities, customer calls and meetings with the District Office staff approximately 20-40% of the time.
