Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Night Warehouse Associate

Location: Milton, ON

Pay Range: $18.85

Shift: 10:00pm to 6:30am or 11:00pm to 7:30am
Schedule: Monday to Friday or Saturday and Sunday

What's the Job?

- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Perform inbound activities including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory.
- Reprice and retag products as needed to maintain correct labeling and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

What's Needed?

- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies such as RF scanners and voice picking systems.

- Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy.

- Reliable attendance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

- Commitment to safety standards and compliance, including steel toe boots and high-visibility vests.
