Logistics Specialist

Are you a logistics pro who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment? We're looking for a Logistics Specialist to support world-class clients through precision, communication, and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Coordinate, rate, dispatch & monitor shipments across North America
- Communicate with clients & carriers to resolve issues fast
- Maintain databases & documentation (PARS, PAPS, Customs docs)
- Analyze trends & suggest process improvements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety & trade regulations

WHAT YOU BRING:

- At least 5+ years of logistics experience that includes client interfacing (phone, email, or in-person) 3PL or 4PL experience preferred.
- At least 5+ years of administrative, customer service, logistics, inside sales customer facing or similar related logistics experience Note: Logistics experience such as forklift operators and warehouse workers will not be considered for this role.
- Experience with international or controlled goods shipments (ITAR a plus)
- Strong business acumen & customer-first mindset
- CCS, CITT, or PLOG certification a plus
- Excellent multitasking & communication skills
- Flexible work hours including occasional weekends/holidays
