• Complete Litigation checklist for each case
Requirements:
• 3-5 years litigation or law clerk experience
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure
• Proficiency in ACL Automated Civil Litigation software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
