- Must have P&C insurance experience.
- The role involves understanding business processes, translating them into data-driven solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users to elicit and document data requirements.
- Analyse existing data sources and map data flows between systems.
- Create data models, data dictionaries, and transformation rules.
- Work with ETL and data engineering teams to ensure accurate data integration.
