This role sits at the intersection of business analysis and technical delivery : you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure leading tools to enable effective metadata, master data, reference data, and data quality management.

What You’ll Do

- Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into practical data management solutions.
- Design metadata structures, business rules, and lineage models to support governance and compliance.
- Configure and implement tools for master data management (MDM), reference data management (RDM), metadata cataloging, and data quality monitoring .
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation to guide ongoing data management practices.
- Support regulatory compliance efforts by ensuring data traceability, access controls, and audit readiness.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support profiling, validation, and integration of enterprise data assets.
- Provide training, guidance, and user support to ensure adoption of data management tools and practices.
- Contribute to project planning, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality implementations.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

- 5+ years of experience in data governance, metadata management, master data management, reference data management, or related fields.
- Strong SQL knowledge for profiling, querying, and validating data.
- Experience with leading data management platforms (e.g., IBM, Microsoft Purview, Informatica, Collibra, or similar).
- Solid business analysis skills — ability to capture requirements, document processes, and bridge business and technical needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Haves

- Familiarity with data quality frameworks, lineage tools, and cloud-based governance solutions.
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, energy, government).
- Background in designing training materials and delivering user training.
