Overview

Be responsible for leading the whole planning & warehouse team to fulfill the plant's AOP.

Responsibilities

Production planning and execution:

1. Arrange reasonable weekly production planning by shift, by line, and by SKU and track the completion.
2. In charge of the raw material, OGS, spare parts purchasing execution and suppliers' management.
3. Submit downtime plan to BU team weekly, including equipment maintenance, cleaning, pest control, R&D test, etc.
4. Provide new products information to related departments.
5. In charge of monthly payment and energy consumption accrual.
6. Collect and prepare the MOR data and comments.
7. Collect, consolidate and maintain production/engineering/QA/HR related data. Timely submit the related reports with high quality.
8. In charge of quarterly scorecard data submission.

Warehouse management for finished goods, raw & packing materials:

1. In charge of the raw material, OGS, spare parts inventory in/out management and freight suppliers coordination & management.
2. Be responsible for regulation compliance in the warehouse department.
3. Be responsible for company culture development in the warehouse department.
4. Be responsible for warehouse organization development.
5. Other duties assigned by line manager.

As TPM WH pillar, drive the WH pillar promotion and result achievement:

1. All TPM WH pillar KPI are followed up and achieve the targets.
2. The daily TPM WH activities 100% implementation.
3. The TPM WH reports submitted on time.
4. Support WH team to lead the TPM WH pillar passing the TPM level audit.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, or other related fields.
2. At least 5 years of operations, planning, and logistics experience in an FMCG company.
3. Rich experience in inbound/outbound production planning & logistics.
4. Analytical mind and problem-solving ability.
5. Multi-culture exposure.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Fluent written and oral English.
8. Proficient in Microsoft software.
9. Familiar with production planning, logistics, and warehouse processes.
10. High ethical value.
11. Good understanding of MOR and plant KPI.
12. Good communication skills for both internal & external.
