In this role, you’ll be the financial backbone of the plant, ensuring accuracy in reporting, improving cost management, and delivering insights that help the team make smarter, faster decisions. If you’re someone who loves connecting the numbers to real-world results, this could be your next great opportunity.
What You’ll Do

- Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational excellence.
- Partner with the operations team to improve efficiency, strengthen margins, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage inventory valuation, cost control, and physical inventory processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Provide meaningful financial insights that link operational performance to profitability.
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with audit, tax, and corporate requirements.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing plant finance team, fostering collaboration and a culture of accountability.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or equivalent designation preferred).

- Strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems (Syteline, Epicor, or similar).
- Proven ability to partner with operations to improve cost efficiency, margins, and cash flow.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
- Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing industries is a plus.
Why This Role?
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic yet detail-oriented finance professional to make a tangible impact in a manufacturing setting. You’ll have the chance to influence operations, lead an engaged finance team, and play a key role in shaping financial success.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and be part of a high-performing environment where your insights truly matter, we’d love to hear from you.
