Key Responsibilities
- Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
- Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
- Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
- Identifies and escalates operational issues
- Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business Store Leadership Expectations
- Leading and demonstrating company values
- Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
- Coaching & development of associates and leaders
- Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
- Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
- Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned
