Key Responsibilities
• Implement strategies to drive commercial loan and deposit growth
• Establish and nurture strategic member relationships
• Maintain knowledge of lending products and industry changes
• Evaluate and maximize portfolio opportunities
• Approve loans while managing risk and profitability
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking
• Knowledge in business banking and credit processes
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Post-secondary education or relevant qualifications required
