KBE Engineer - Senior - PSP

Job Summary:

Our client in Windsor, ON is looking for a KBE Engineer - Senior - PSP. This is a contract position.

What You Will Do:

KBE Engineer - Knowledge Based Engineer (KBE). Responsibilities include creating CAD (Catia/NX) parametric math models for commodities using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques. Position requires extensive knowledge of Catia/NX modeling and an extensive background developing / packaging / synthesizing complex vehicle systems. Additional responsibilities include dictating architecture and construction techniques, creating master development / packaging / requirement sections, defining master template modeling structures, and training other Catia/NX engineers on modeling techniques, architecture.

Basics:

- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Mechanical).
- 5+ Years of CAD modeling with Siemens NX.
- 5+ Years of Robust Modeling with Siemens NX.
- 5+ Years of Parametric CAD Modeling with Siemens NX.
- 5+ Years of Body in White (Automotive) Engineering Experience.
- Strong English Speaking skills.
- Strong Engineering Design Project Presentation skills required.
- Vehicle or component launch experience (in-plant).
- Hybrid position.

Preferred:

- 7+ Years of Body in White and/or Closures CAD Engineering experience.
- 7+ years of body experience.
- 7+ Years of CAD Parametric Modeling with Seimens NX.
