This is a 1-month contract, starting in mid-January with strong potential for extension. If you are an eager and highly attentive to detail Administrator looking to continue gaining experience in the Finance sector - please apply now

Responsibilities:

1. Filing, records management, and data entry
2. Taking on administrative tasks within various projects as needed
3. Reviewing customer forms for accuracy and compliance
4. Opening customer accounts and responding to related inquiries
5. Updating customer account information
6. Assisting customers with password reset functions
7. Treat all stakeholders with professionalism, dignity, and respect and support an environment where people can contribute and excel
8. Administer the processing of any transactions that support company clients and operations processes
9. Provide direct support to the customers, to enable them to deliver a 'best in class' customer experience

Qualifications:

1. Post-secondary education in business/finance is an asset
2. Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is an asset
3. Previous administrative experience is an asset
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
6. Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion
7. Strong work ethic and positive attitude
