Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation is preferred.
- Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional able to work effectively with rehab assistants and a high-performance interdisciplinary team.
- Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset.
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Positive work and attendance record.
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications.
- This role follows a hybrid work approach with remote work and client engagements in acute/rehab or community-based settings.
