Valet Manager

Regal Security Inc is seeking a highly organized and proactive Valet Manager to oversee valet operations at a high-profile client site. The successful candidate will lead a team of valet attendants, ensure a positive guest experience, and maintain professional standards in vehicle handling, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and supervise daily valet operations, ensuring smooth traffic flow and timely vehicle retrieval.

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of valet attendants to maintain exceptional customer service standards.

- Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, security, and company procedures.

- Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance expectations of all valet staff.

- Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate records, including keys, vehicle locations, and incident reports.

- Uphold strict compliance with parking rules, insurance requirements, and vehicle handling guidelines.

- Support recruitment and training initiatives for valet personnel as needed.

- Lead by example through professional appearance, punctuality, and adherence to company values.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in valet operations, parking services, or a related supervisory role.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and direct a frontline team.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.

- Must hold a valid G Class driver’s license and be comfortable driving various vehicle makes and models.

- Must be 25 years of age or older for insurance requirements.

- Clean driving abstract required (no major violations within the last 3 years).

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage shifting priorities.

- Must be available for a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Physically able to walk and stand for extended periods and move quickly when retrieving vehicles.

Assets

- Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer-focused service roles.

- Knowledge of valet systems and parking management software.
