Project Manager – ServiceNow Delivery

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and outcome-driven Project Manager to lead Agile delivery initiatives across multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong adaptability, stakeholder coordination, and risk management skills in a fluid scope environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Leading Agile delivery using frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

- Managing evolving requirements with a focus on outcomes

- Coordinating with stakeholders across time zones

- Conducting risk assessments and resolving blockers

- Producing sprint reports and executive summaries

- Maintaining dashboards in ADO and Empower

- Working flexible hours to support global teams

- Ensuring quality assurance and enforcing “Definition of Done”

Required Skills & Experience:

· ServiceNow Proficiency: Deep understanding of ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

· Proven experience managing Agile projects with fluid scope and evolving priorities.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.

· Experience with Agile metrics, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.

· Familiarity with tools such as ADO, Empower, and Agile reporting dashboards.

· Ability to work across time zones and manage virtual teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist)

- Experience in outcome-based delivery environments

- Exposure to enterprise-level Agile governance models
