Adobe Experience Manager Tech Lead

This role introduces a chance to shape the future of Global Operations and Marketing Technology by connecting business needs with execution. As the AEM Cloud Tech Lead, you’ll play a critical role in driving the technical delivery and adoption of a global platform as part of a broader customer experience and digital transformation. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX/UI, Security, and Digital teams to support AEM Cloud development. This position offers exposure to global strategies, hands‑on involvement in product development, and the chance to enhance user experience and operational efficiency across Manulife Position Responsibilities: - Lead the development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AEM Cloud-based digital experiences across full-stack components - Develop AEM Cloud Components and Templates based on the front end designs, databases, APIs and server-side logic while maintaining both front and back-end web applications’ components - Inform scalable and secure AEM Cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, performance benchmarks, and business goals - Apply disciplined coding practices to enable agility and delivery of high-quality code - Apply design patterns, automation, and semantic versioning where and when available - Adopt development frameworks and third‑party libraries - Conduct a wide range of tests and analysis to ensure software application meets or exceeds standards, and end‑user requirements - Develop detailed system design specifications to serve as a guide for system/program development - Assist in crafting automated test harnesses to ensure the development of outstanding code - Perform various investigative "Spikes" to mitigate technical uncertainty and risk;
