Le gestionnaire de l'entretien est responsable de la réparation, du remplacement des pièces et de l'entretien préventif de l'irradiateur et des systèmes auxiliaires afin d'assurer une capacité de fonctionnement optimale. Il est également responsable de la planification de l'entretien préventif, de la maintenance de l'inventaire des pièces, de la commande des pièces manquantes et de la mise à jour de la procédure d'entretien.

Devoirs et responsabilités

- Réparer, remplacer des pièces, commander des pièces, garder l'inventaire et dépanner l'irradiateur; planifier, coordonner et mettre en œuvre l'entretien préventif pour s'aligner sur les exigences de production et maintenir la procédure à jour.
- Préparer les documents appropriés liés à l'entretien.
- Exécuter l'enquête ou toute lacune liée à la maintenance.

Supervision donnée

- Coordonne le travail des autres, mais pas en tant que superviseur de première ligne.
- Travaille de manière autonome et utilise un niveau de compétence spécialisé pour effectuer les tâches assignées.

Formation/licence/exigences techniques

- Minimum d'un DEP en tant qu'électromécanicien (ou équivalent) ou 3 ans d'expérience de travail avec de l'équipement électrique et mécanique.
- 1 an d'expérience dans l'environnement d'entreposage.

Exigences en matière d'expérience (compétences, connaissances et capacités)

- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un cadre de fabrication d'entretien, de dépannage et d'entretien préventif d'équipements mécaniques / électriques.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans la supervision du groupe de maintenance.
- Solides compétences analytiques pour résoudre des problèmes mécaniques / électriques.
- Être capable de lire, de comprendre et de suivre les procédures pour être en mesure d'effectuer le travail.
- Être en mesure de créer et de maintenir à jour une base de données avec l'inventaire des pièces.
- Expérience ou capacité de mettre à jour ou de rédiger des procédures au besoin.
- Capacité spatiale de placer et de manipuler le produit sur un dérapage.
- Capable de comprendre les instructions verbales.
- L'expérience des BPF/BPD est un atout.
