Your Key Responsibilities

- Oversee center activities: receiving, warehousing, order preparation, shipping, inventory.

- Ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.

- Optimize human and material resources to maximize productivity.

- Supervise supervisors and unionized teams (day/evening): recruitment, training, evaluation, disciplinary management.

- Promote a healthy and safe work environment.

- Train employees on processes and the safe use of equipment.

- Implement monitoring tools and continuous improvement projects.

- Identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.

- Manage budgets and produce management reports.
