About the Company

As a core member of the senior management team for the Body Structure Product Line at MINTH Group, this position reports directly to the Global Vice President of Operations for the Body Structure Product Line. The role is pivotal in supporting the Vice President in strategic planning and operational management. By deeply coordinating with multiple factories across the European, American, and Chinese markets, managing customer relationships, and fine-tuning operational processes, this role contributes to the integrated development of the company’s global body structure business. While driving cross regional unified management, the position provides critical support in formulating and implementing global strategic objectives, making it a core role in the globalization of the Body Structure Product Line.

About the Role

This position is essential in supporting the Vice President in strategic planning and operational management, contributing to the integrated development of the company’s global body structure business.

Responsibilities

Strategic and Operational Support

- Deeply involved in the formulation of global business strategies for the Body Structure Product Line, assisting in the implementation of major strategic projects and operational optimization plans.
- Identify and analyze key challenges in global operations, design improvement plans, and oversee their implementation to ensure efficient execution and tangible results.
- Assist in developing medium and long term development plans, ensuring alignment with the core objectives of the product line and their successful implementation.

Global Customer Management

- Lead senior level communication and collaboration with key customers in the European and American regions, deeply participating in strategic analysis of customer needs to ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Support and participate in the development and maintenance of strategic customers, optimize customer service processes, and foster long term cooperative relationships.
- Track customer feedback promptly, coordinate internal resources to address issues, and enhance customer satisfaction and brand influence.

Cross Regional Operations Coordination

- Coordinate operations across multiple factories in Europe, the Americas, and China to promote unified management of the global Body Structure Product Line and optimize resource allocation to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Lead the establishment and implementation of standardized processes, data transparency, and resource sharing mechanisms across regions to ensure consistency in global management.
- Address execution challenges stemming from cross regional differences, such as process variations and cultural conflicts, ensuring efficient operation of global supply chain and production activities.

Business Analysis and Decision Support

- Analyze operational data of the global Body Structure Product Line, including production efficiency, market performance, and customer feedback, to identify business growth opportunities.
- Deliver high-quality data reports and strategic recommendations to support decision-making by the Vice President, optimizing operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics, providing forward-looking analysis and suggestions to support global strategic objectives.
- Proactively monitor potential risks and issues in global operations, assist in developing contingency plans, and quickly coordinate resources to address challenges.
- Stay updated on global body structure industry developments, identify external risks that may affect operations, and provide preemptive solutions for the Vice President.
