Tomlinson is seeking a skilledSharePoint Administrator / Developer to support the ongoing development, optimization, and maintenance of our SharePoint environments. Job Location: 100 Citigate Drive, Ottawa, ON

RESPONSIBILITIES

SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Development

- Design, develop, test, and document SharePoint Online sites, pages, and components.

- Create and maintain OOB solutions and customized forms using PowerApps.

- Develop SPFx web parts and extensions.

- Integrate SharePoint with other LOB systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).

- Assist with migration from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online.

- Migrate SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate.

- Migrate InfoPath forms to PowerApps.

Power Platform & Automation

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

- Build and maintain Power Automate flows aligned with organizational requirements.

- Provide end-user support for SharePoint Online and the Power Platform.

Power BI Development

- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models.

- Create complex DAX calculations and measures.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective, visually appealing reports.

- Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to support SharePoint-related infrastructure.

- Analyze, document, and escalate critical issues appropriately.

- Manage and resolve support tickets through the corporate helpdesk system.

- Provide technical support in person and via phone.

- Deliver end-user training as needed.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years of SharePoint experience (on-premises and online).

- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, administration, governance, and security best practices.

- 3+ years experience with .NET Web Services, T-SQL, and/or C#.

- 2+ years Power Platform experience.

- Experience developing SPFx web parts and extensions.

- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and deliver effective SharePoint solutions.

- Experience designing forms and production processes.

- Understanding of canvas and model-driven app development in PowerApps.

- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 services and building cross-platform solutions.

- Experience with modern versions of Microsoft SQL Server.

- Proficiency in Power BI report building and data visualization.

- Strong experience with DAX.

- Scripting experience (PowerShell, VB, C#).

- Experience with Power Platform integration patterns.

- Experience with Office 365 administration.

- Experience using the SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT).

- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.

- Excellent documentation, planning, and organizational abilities.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated.
