Job Title: Senior Network Solutions Architect
Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 1 Year Contract (possible extension)
About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Network Solutions Architect (Technical Design Authority – TDA) to lead solution architecture and technical design initiatives for complex enterprise environments.
You’ll work closely with delivery teams and customer stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions that align with business requirements. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll combine your Cisco SDWAN expertise, strong communication skills, and solution-driven mindset to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical authority for pre-sales solution design and architecture.
- Create and document technical designs that meet business and operational needs.
- Collaborate across internal and customer technical teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Drive proactive improvements through innovation and technology best practices.
- Support solution implementation and technical troubleshooting when required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in a senior technical pre-sales or solution architecture role.
- 5+ years experience designing or troubleshooting large, complex environments.
- Strong expertise in Cisco SDWAN, including:
- Feature & device configuration templates, CSV variable files
- Feature templates: System, AAA, NTP, VPNs, Interfaces, BGP, ThousandEyes, CLI
- SDWAN policies: topology, centralized data, and application-aware routing
- Add-on features: Cloud-On-Ramp-for-SaaS, QoS, SIG templates
- CCNP (or equivalent) certification preferred.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in both English and French (mandatory).
