Responsibilities (French)

- Conception à l’aide de logiciels CAO, gestion de toutes les pièces d'assemblages détaillés, y compris les pièces en composites, avec les modèles de fabrication et outillages associés

- Collaboration avec les fabricants internes et externes pour assurer la fabrication des pièces

- Réalisation du lay-up des premiers articles et collaboration avec les fournisseurs (internes et externes) sur le développement des méthodes de lay-up

- Intégration de différents systèmes installés dans la structure de l’avion

- Suivi des processus de conception, de révision et de modification, et participation à l’amélioration des processus

- Participation aux revues de conception interfonctionnelles

- Développement de processus de fabrication évolutifs en parallèle avec la conception des produits

ENGLISH:

- We are looking for an experienced Composite Structure Designer to support a new development program. In this role your mains responsibilities will be to:

- Design using CAD, managing all parts in detailed assemblies including composites with associated manufacturing models and tooling

- Supplier management and development for R&D composite tooling + parts

- Work with internal and external fabricators to see parts through manufacturing

- Integration of different systems installed within the aircraft structure

- Create assembly and part level drawings, technical data packages, and BOMs

- Follow Design, Review, and Change processes, and assist in process improvements

- Develop and build first article components, assemble prototypes and run experiments to inform future designs

- Mentoring team members, and coordinating agile team goals and timelines

- Participate in cross-functional design reviews

- Development of scalable manufacturing processes in parallel with product design

Profil recherché

Votre profil:

- Bonne compréhension des exigences des systèmes des matériaux aéronautiques et des outillages associés

- Référent support chaîne d’approvisionnement dédié aux outillages composites en R&D

- Expérience avec divers outils d’atelier : tour, fraiseuse, poste à souder et usinage de composites

- Développement de systèmes de matériaux pour des applications aéronautiques, avec un accent sur les voies de prototypage à faible coût, y compris les procédés hors autoclave

Your profile:

- Good understanding of aircraft material systems requirements and associated tooling

- Dedicated supply chain support proxy for R&D composite tooling

- Experience with various machine shop tools: lathe, mill, welder, machining of composite

- Development of material systems for Aerospace applications with emphasis on low cost prototype pathways including out of autoclave
