Drive client success as a Client Advocate at Aon, focusing on claims management for multi-million dollar portfolios. Collaborate with global stakeholders to provide exceptional client support. As a key member of Aon’s claims team, you will navigate the claims process and ensure clients' interests are protected with comprehensive advice. This client-facing role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. You will also maintain strong relationships with insurers and adjusters while working independently to achieve successful resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the claims process from initiation to settlement
• Advise clients and interpret insurance policies
• Negotiate with insurers on claim resolutions
• Establish communication between clients and carriers
• Maintain detailed records on all claims

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Experience in insurance or reinsurance claims
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strategic thinking Excel in claims management and advocate for client interests with Aon in Canada.
