What You’ll Do

- Conduct online coaching sessions via our Liftalk mobile app to help individuals manage anxiety, depression, and overall mental well-being.
- Provide compassionate guidance, empathetic listening, and evidence-based strategies to help clients regain confidence and emotional balance.
- Foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment for clients navigating sensitive topics.
- Maintain professionalism, ethics, and a client-first approach in all interactions.
- Engage clients effectively to build trust and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements

Who You Are

- Qualified & Certified – A recognized coaching certification or relevant qualifications preferred (experience may be considered in place of formal credentials).
- Experienced in Coaching – Proven ability to guide clients through mental health challenges, life transitions, or wellness journeys.
- Client-Focused – Strong ability to engage, support, and empower clients through personalized guidance.
- Sales & Retention Skills (Preferred) – Experience in acquiring and retaining clients is an advantage.
- Excellent Communicator – Strong active listening skills, emotional intelligence, and an open-minded, empathetic approach.
- Tech-Savvy – Comfortable conducting sessions via text, voice, and video calls through our mobile app.
- 25+ Years of Age

Compensation

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn competitive commissions based on the frequency of sessions conducted. Additional details will be provided upon joining.
