SUMMARY

The Microsoft Azure & Systems Administrator is responsible for managing the organization’s Microsoft cloud and hybrid infrastructure, including Azure, Entra ID, Intune, on-prem Active Directory, and core infrastructure components supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The role provides end-to-end administration of Azure resources, identity and access management, device management, cloud security, and technical support for D365 F&O environments and integrations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deploy and maintain highly available Azure virtual machines and cloud services.

- Implement Azure automation (runbooks, policies, scripts) to optimize operations and resource usage.

- Manage Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, storage replication, and disaster recovery configurations

- Ensure cloud environments comply with internal security policies and industry best practices

- Manage Entra ID identities, role-based access controls (RBAC), conditional access, PIM, and identity governance.

- Maintain hybrid identity using AAD Connect, SSO, password protection, and MFA enforcement.

- Monitor authentication, directory sync, and identity-related issues.

- Manage SharePoint Access and one drive access.

- Provide support to Service desk for all L3 issues.

- Manage corporate teams device and boardrooms.

- Configure Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, security baselines, and app deployment.

- Manage Windows Autopilot, device provisioning, patching, and endpoint protection.

- Maintain mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint configuration policies.

- Package and Deploy Win 32 application to Intune.

- Manage Conditional access policies for access control.

- Manage Android and IOS Mobile devices in Apple Business Manager and Samsung Knox.

- Manage Lifecycle Services (LCS) including environment deployment, servicing, package deployments, and database movement.

- Support D365 F&O technical operations:

- Financial reporting data mart issues

- Access management & environment troubleshooting

- Support integrations between D365 F&O and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).

- Manage AD DS, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and domain controllers.

- Support hybrid integrations between on-prem and Azure environments.

- Perform routine monitoring, patching, and server maintenance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 3–5 years experience managing Azure Cloud, Office365 and Microsoft hybrid infrastructure

- Hands-on experience with Intune, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC.

- Strong experience supporting Dynamics 365 F&O from a technical / infrastructure perspective.

- Experience administering Azure DevOps (build, release, repo, pipeline management).

- Solid understanding of networking, including subnetting, NSGs, DNS, routing, load balancers, and firewalls.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
