* Over 6 years experience in SAP SuccessFactors?

* Extensive SAP EC, Recruitment & Onboarding 2.0 experience?

* Hands-on configuration experience? (Recruitment & Onboarding)

* Global scale SAP project experience?

* Strong client facing skills?

* Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder management skills?
