This is a 100% commission-based with uncapped potential.

Your primary job is to act as the go-to mortgage expert and maintain strong, trusting relationships with the assigned financial advisors.

We're hiring Mortgage Advisors in Calgary to join our BPO Mortgage Advisor Team — a high-growth division focused on helping our partner’s wealth management advisors serve their clients with smarter mortgage solutions.

You’ll be empowered to build your business from a base of opportunity, not from scratch.

What You’ll Do

- Own and develop a regional territory with exclusive rights to assigned accounts.

- Proactively build and maintain trust and solid partnerships with Financial Advisors from partner firms to drive referral volume.

- Engage with your assigned offices through regular office visits, presentations, and networking events.

- Must be physically present and available to support advisor clients.

- Support clients from initial consultation through funding, leveraging best-in-class tech tools and centralized support.

- Drive lead growth through account management, business development, and targeted events.

- Opportunity to grow your practice by building a team under you over time (admin, agents, etc.), if desired.

What We’re Looking For

- Licensed mortgage professional in your province.

- Proven experience working with financial advisors or within the wealth management ecosystem.

- A go-getter with a track record of building a book from the ground up.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and grow your business.

- Existing relationships within the financial advisors community to support your early ramp-up.

- Commitment to constant networking; the role is not a standard 9-5 position.
