This full-time role involves significant responsibilities, including the inspection and testing of asphalt, aggregates, soils, and concrete across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). As a vital part of the team, you will maintain rigorous testing records, ensure equipment calibration, and assist with geotechnical inspections to meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field testing and inspection of materials
• Sample and core various construction materials
• Maintain testing records accurately and completely
• Support equipment care and timely calibrations
• Prepare reports on non-conformances and deviations
Requirements:
• Experience in field testing of construction materials
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures
• Ability to assist with laboratory testing as needed
• Strong attention to detail in reporting
