Well-known Automotive Manufacturing is looking for full-time Assemblers/ Machine Operators to start in Newmarket or Bradford locations. FULL TIME JOB. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 40 HOURS A WEEK. NO CASH JOBS. SIN REQUIRED. CSA Approved safety shoes and safety glasses are required. Training is provided. Why work for us: Over 40 hours per week, stable jobs, all shifts available. Referral Bonus program for everyone: Bring your friends, and we will pay you $150 (if the referred applicant is hired and accrues 350 hours) - Responsibilities include General Assembly and other operations, and inspection. - Performs production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals. May perform work manually and/or by machine operation. - Ensures product and process quality and efficiency through appropriate inspection and continuous improvement problem-solving activities. - Maintains procedures and standards to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned areas. - Report any unsafe condition or action or work related injury to his or her supervisor. - Keeps work area clean and organized. - Understand responsibility for health and safety. - Wear appropriate PPE (CSA-approved safety shoes and safety glasses) and follow all safety rules - Perform other duties as necessary in support of team objectives.
