Other Education and Training Nursing diploma is acceptable Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) Other specialty certificates related to the clinical program area as required; Examples include CCNP; Level 3 of APEX Innov Impulse 2.0. Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge in adult education Communication skills to provide/obtain verbal and/or written opinions/advice Demonstrates leadership abilities Ability to facilitate teamwork is essential Demonstrated initiative, self-direction, organizational & leadership abilities  Other Information Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) If no qualified applicants, education will be provided in-house.
