Our Mission

Provide building owners and occupants with accurate and reliable utility consumption data through market-leading expertise in turnkey submetering and billing, while fostering a workplace with inspired team members empowered to do more good.

This position is unionized under Unifor Local 975.

Responsibilities:

- Fulfill inventory and consumable release requests from Installations & Operations including picking, staging and coordinating delivery of requested product, creating packing slips, update request status in work management system;
- Pick, stage and coordinate deliveries of meters to/from external meter sealing shops;
- Create and post work orders or bin to bin transfers in inventory management system for all inventory movement within 2 business days of physical transfer to keep inventory sub-ledger current;
- Receive all incoming inventory and consumable deliveries, verify shipments match purchase orders, process receipts into Multiview and validate associated invoices;
- Receive returned inventory from project sites, including processing Inventory Transfer and Return Forms and adding returned product to inventory management system;
- Update and maintain tracking spreadsheet for defective product returns;
- Label and shelve all incoming (new and returned) product in the warehouse;
- Coordinate shipment of defective product return or repairs with manufacturers, including obtaining RMA # and completing forms;
- Participate in inventory scrapping;
- Assist in quarterly inventory count and reconciliation;
- Housekeeping duties in the warehouse to ensure safety and cleanliness;
- Daily work log;

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1-3 years prior progressive experience as an Inventory Coordinator;
- Strong organizational/planning skills;
- Proficient computer skills in a variety of applications (MS Excel, Word);
- Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise exceeding 25-30 lbs on a regular basis;
- Strong team player who creates key partnerships between teams;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication;
- Highly motivated, proactive, a flexible professional with the ability to adapt to a complex and quickly changing environment; and
- Valid Class G Driver's License.
