Responsibilities:

- Manage the planning, analysis, design, development, and evaluation of learning materials.
- Ensure that the training strategy is implemented to the required compliance and industry standards.
- Govern and communicate progress, mitigate risks, and successes effectively.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet demands.
- Identify and drive opportunities for process enhancements and innovation.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine learning solutions.
- Guide and inspire the team to achieve project goals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including subject matter experts and internal clients.
- Offer expert advice and consulting services to internal and external stakeholders to enhance training effectiveness and operational performance.
- Optimize supplier capacity to support deliverables and manage budget.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in instructional methodologies.
- Participate in Organizational Learning continuous improvement projects and employee engagement initiatives.

How to thrive in this role?

- You have a Bachelor degree in HR, Adult Learning, Quality Assurance, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- You have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience working in a regulated, manufacturing and/or service centre environment.
- You have experience developing learning solutions in a quality-controlled environment.
- You are a high performer with the ability to build productive working relationships with multiple stakeholders, proactively problem solve and challenge the status quo.
- You possess excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills.
- You are able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in an organized and structured manner with minimal supervision.
- You are able to clearly communicate goals, objectives and expectations.
- You are able to build an internal network of colleagues and gain credibility.
- You have the capacity to provide direction and guidance, as well as being able to manage and motivate others.
- You are capable of working together towards a common goal, with each team member contributing their strengths.
- You possess the ability to rapidly identify, analyze and resolve issues and conflicts that arise.
- You are able to flex and change as the team or customer's needs change.
- You have the ability to actively and attentively listen to others and understand their points of view.
