PUSH is looking for motivated, creative, and eager interns to join our dynamic team across multiple departments, including Client Services, Media Ops, Creative Services, and Business Operations. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of media marketing and advertising, collaborating with industry professionals, and contributing to real-world projects. This 12-16 week paid internship (starting May 2025) provides an excellent opportunity for you to develop both hard and soft skills, helping you build a strong foundation for your future career in media marketing.

Departments and Key Responsibilities:

Client Services Intern -

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring excellent communication between clients and the agency, monitoring feedback and assisting with addressing any inquiries or issues.
- Support in the creation and execution of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Coordinate and attending client meetings, assisting in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations.

Skills Needed:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to track project timelines, deliverables, and meeting schedules

Prompt Engineer Intern (part of Media Ops Department) -

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a library of key documents, articles of historic strategies, trends, and category insights to inform the generative AI product
- Develop prompts and to build a proof-of-concept AI bot that will help to formulate a narrative and construct foundational slides
- Work with the VP, to finetune AI to constantly refine and improve automation

Skills Needed:

- Passion for Technology and experience with AI and building prompts.
- Storytelling skills
- Understanding of industry trends

Creative Services Intern -

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project timelines and manage workflows.
- Assist with internal and client-facing presentations by gathering materials, organizing slides and preparing creatives assets.
- Conduct trend research on emerging creative, social, and digital marketing innovations.
- Assist in content organization, including asset management and version tracking.

Skills Needed:

- Strong organizational, creative thinking and design skills.
- Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.

Business Operations Intern -

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day operations (HR, Finance, Culture, Events, ad hoc department projects) ensuring smooth workflows and project management.
- Financial Data Management & Reporting: assist with daily data entry, reconcile financial records, update spreadsheets, and prepare weekly financial reports to help the team track performance and identify trends.
- Budget Tracking & Expense Monitoring: assist in monitoring departmental budgets by tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and ensuring expenses align with projections for accurate financial forecasting.
- Culture & Events: assist in the planning and execution of social events and CSR initiatives in alignment with PUSH's mission, vision, and values.
- HR Process and Program Development: support the development and execution of human resources processes, policies and programs.

Skills Needed:

- Strong organizational, project management and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of identifying trends and ensuring precision in all data entry and reporting tasks.
- Problem-solving and process optimization abilities.

General Requirements for All Internships:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Business, etc.).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; additional technical skills are a plus.
- Passion for the media, marketing, and advertising industries.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
- Hybrid model: 3 days a week in the office, ideally Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; remote Mondays and Fridays.
