As a Senior Product Manager for iCasino at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will own and scale core parts of the Fanatics Casino product across iOS, Android, and Web. You will define customer problems, shape the product strategy and roadmap, and deliver data-driven product experiences that drive growth, conversion, engagement, and market share in one of the fastest-growing areas of the business.

This is a high-impact role delivering features at scale in a highly competitive and regulated industry. You will partner closely across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, and Gaming Operations to ship world-class experiences that differentiate Fanatics in the online casino category.

Responsibilities

- Own the product roadmap and feature development end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through execution, launch, iteration, and optimization
- Identify and deeply understand customer needs and behaviors across the casino journey, from browsing to gameplay to loyalty and bonusing
- Use data, research, experimentation, and insights to drive decision-making, prioritization, and measurable outcomes
- Partner across Engineering, Gaming Operations, UX/UI, Analytics, and Marketing to build frictionless, real‑money, mobile‑first experiences
- Develop a deep understanding of the mechanics of iCasino and real‑money flows, including game library, loyalty, promotions, bonusing, and responsible gaming
- Own and articulate product requirements, user flows, edge‑cases, and journeys that produce high‑quality, polished digital experiences
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation to improve feature performance and optimize key product funnels
- Contribute to product performance through KPIs related to customer conversion, deposits, retention, loyalty engagement, revenue, and product velocity
- Work with internal and external partners to bring new capabilities, games, and features to market
- Lead with clarity, communication, and collaboration to keep teams aligned and moving fast
- Be open to periodic travel to Fanatics Betting & Gaming offices, events, and team‑based activities

Qualifications

- 5+ years of product management experience in a consumer‑focused digital product organization; experience in iGaming, casino, fintech, or other real‑money or highly regulated industries preferred
- Proven ability to use data, insights, and customer research to drive product decisions and business outcomes
- Strong product craft and attention to detail, with the ability to translate ideas into thoughtful requirements, journeys, and features
- Demonstrated success shipping products and features in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments
- Hands‑on familiarity with product analytics or experimentation tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, Looker, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to translate product vision and priorities across stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across engineering, design, operations, and marketing
- Passion for gaming, entertainment, sports, or interactive experiences that inspire customer‑centric product thinking
