We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong creative vision, technical expertise, and passion for brand storytelling to join our in-house creative team. Reporting to the Art Director, you'll bring brand strategies to life through print, digital, and motion design. This role is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and collaborative - perfect for a designer who thrives on translating big ideas into compelling creative executions across multiple channels.

You'll also leverage AI tools and workflows as part of your everyday practice - from concept development and research to design iteration and production - ensuring our creative output remains cutting‑edge and efficient. You'll work closely with the brand, customer marketing, and digital teams to deliver high‑quality design work that resonates with consumers, differentiates our brands, and helps Organigram maintain its position as a category leader.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Execution

- Translate brand strategies into visually compelling assets across print, digital, motion, and social media.

- Create design solutions that align with brand identity, consumer segmentation, and marketing objectives.

- Use AI‑driven design tools to enhance creative workflows and improve efficiency.

- Execute designs from concept to final production with exceptional attention to detail and craft.

- Collaborate with the Art Director, Brand Managers, Marketing, and Digital teams to deliver best‑in‑class creative solutions.

- Support creative workshops, brainstorms, and cross‑functional discussions with fresh design perspectives.

- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies (including AI and motion design), and cultural shifts to ensure Organigram's brands remain relevant and engaging.

- Actively research inspiration across design, art, and culture to fuel creative exploration.

Project Management

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering work on time and aligned with creative direction.

- Take accountability for assigned deliverables while communicating progress and challenges effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

- 5-10 years of professional design experience (agency or in‑house; CPG or cannabis industry experience is an asset).

- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field.

- Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and motion design work across brand and campaign projects.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion graphics and 3D design skills considered an asset.

- Experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows (e.g., image generation, motion assets, content iteration).

- Excellent typographic, layout, and visual communication skills.

- Ability to interpret creative direction and execute with precision and originality.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time and deadlines effectively.

- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and a drive to continuously improve.

- Passionate, curious, and detail‑oriented with a desire to contribute to a high‑performing creative team.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week required in office. This can be Winnipeg, London, Toronto, or Moncton.
