Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate effectively for optimal settlements
• Document claim activities thoroughly and accurately
• Communicate claim decisions clearly to all stakeholders
• Manage time efficiently across multiple claims
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant claims experience
• Strong understanding of industry practices and standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent negotiation and customer support skills
